Mr. Roberts is a versatile mining executive with over 20 years of diverse operating experience. Lauren is a Professional Engineer in the states of Washington, Nevada, and Alaska. He has surface and underground mining experience that spans mine operations and maintenance, project construction and commissioning, technical services, environmental, and reclamation activities. Lauren is a proven mine operator with an unwavering commitment to safety, the environment, and operational excellence.
Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering, Highest Honors from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. After graduation, he has worked for Hecla Mining Company, Barrick Gold Corporation and Kinross Gold Corporation.
